This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms of service posted on our Website, set forth the general rules and policies governing your use of our Website. Depending on your activities when visiting our Website, you may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
1) Probation:
You shall be on a probationary period of 2 months. Your performance will be reviewed at regular intervals during the probation period & at its end. Depending on the outcome of such evaluations, AD &T may, at its sole discretion, either (a) if your performance is found satisfactory, confirm your appointment; Or (B) if your performance is found to be unsatisfactory, the company may, at its sole discretion, extend the probation period for a further of 1-3 months or terminate your employment with AD&T with immediate effect and without any notice, with no further liabilities to AD& T, except for remuneration up to the date of termination of employment.
2)Responsibilities:
In view of your position and organization, you must effectively, diligently and to the best of your ability to perform all responsibilities and ensure results. You will observe working hours/shifts timings as communicated to you by your superiors from time to time depending on the exigencies of work. You will be expected to work extra hours to achieve the above whenever the job so requires. In this connection, you are required not to engage in activities that have or will have an adverse impact on the reputation/image and business of AD & Technologies, whether directly or indirectly.
3)Hours of work:
The normal business hours of the office, at which you work, will apply to you and these will be advised on commencement of employment. The business hours are between 10:00 am to 07:00 pm with 9 hours of shift (8 hours of productive + 1 hour leisure time). However, if the business requires you to extend for the shift, you’re expected to do so.
4)Place of Work:
Your Initial place of work will be AD&T facility in Hyderabad, India. However, AD & T has the right to transfer you from one place to another or from one section to another, its client’s location or to any of its sister concern, which are either existing or may be set up in future. The decision of AD&T in this regard shall be final and binding on you.
5)Data protection:
You authorize AD & T to collect process and transfer all personal employee related information obtained by AD & T for the purpose of proactively managing the employment relationship.
6) Conflicts of Interest & Non-Disclosure:
- Your position is a full time employment with the Company and you will devote your entire time and attention to the activities of the Company’s business entrusted to you and will not undertake any other work for remuneration (part-time or otherwise) or work in an advisory capacity or be interested directly or indirectly the Company without the prior written permission of the Managing Director of the Company.
- You shall not at any time disclose to anyone any information, technical know-how, security arrangements, administration, knowledge, secrets, methods, plan, process etc., pertaining to the company which may be your personal privilege to know by virtue of being in the employment of the company.
7) Termination:
- This agreement will be terminable by either party by giving 45 days of written notice (exclusive of leaves availed during the period) or payment of the 45 days salary in lieu of such notice period to the other party. AD & T holds the right to accept or deny payment in lieu of the said one month notice.
- You will automatically retire from the service of the Company on attaining the Retirement age of 58 years.
- The Company reserves the right to relieve you from your services in case of business slowdown or if the company decides to downsize workforce due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event that you want to terminate your employment with the Company, you will be required to give a minimum of two months’ notice, to enable a smooth transition
- If your work is not satisfactory we will terminate from your duties within one month with half payment
- After hand overing the company assets we will make the final payment within 45 days
You will be liable for termination from service by the Company without notice if:
- Any declaration given by you or testimonials furnished by you to the Company proves to be false, or
- You are found to have willfully suppressed any material information, or,
- You are found to have been convicted for or indulged in criminal, subversive or immoral activities, or,
- You are found to have indulged in financial irregularities(Loans etc.,); or
- You breached any of the terms and conditions of your employment as specified in this letter, or any further official communication from the Company.
- You fail to abide by instructions from your superiors, unauthorized absence, disloyalty, misconduct, non-performance and if any disciplinary action is taken against you.
On communication of the termination/resignation of your employment with the Company, you will immediately give up to the Company before you are relieved, all documents of the Company including correspondences, specifications, formulae, books, documents, cost data, market data, literature, pen drives, effects, and shall not make or retain any copies of these items.
The actual date of release will be mutually decided with the consent of the concerned client and your superior and the said date of release shall not be unreasonably withheld provided you are able to handover charge satisfactorily within the one month period. This minimum notice of one month cannot be adjusted with payment in lieu of notice period or adjusted against the Privilege Leave.
8) Yourself liable to damages and costs arising out of breach of such confidentiality.
This appointment is made on the understanding that all the information given by you are correct, true and complete. If it is found at any time that the information given by you is not correct/true/complete, this appointment may be withdrawn or may be terminated at any time after you have taken up employment with us.
Please note that you are governed by all Rules and Regulations of the Company, which are in force from time to time, and the Company shall have the right from time to time to vary or modify any of the terms and conditions of service, which shall be binding on you.
